Justin Valencia is the pulse of On The Spot. Involved in every aspect of the business, Justin knows who’s doing what, what is being done, and when it’s getting done.
He is the “go to” guy for staff and OTS owner and head guru, Sheldon Pickering. Easy going, always smiling, always willing to help and always with a positive attitude, Justin sets the tone for OTS and those tones ring true!
He is the one staff calls, texts, or emails when there is an issue or a concern and Justin always responds by giving direction, advice, suggestions or calling Sheldon for assistance. He answers phones, cleans floors and carpets, assists with payroll and budgets, and takes out the trash!
He is an amazing young man who is respected and much appreciated by OTS staff and its clients. He puts in long hours without complaint and OTS is his second most important priority – his beautiful wife, Summer, and his equally beautiful daughters, Bella and Emmy, are always priority number one. He is devoted to his family and often brings Bella and Emmy in when he’s called in to help on his days off, and the office staff is always delighted to have Bella and Emmy visit – their giggles are contagious and much appreciated. Justin has helped create the family environment that has inspired the loyalty of clients and employees alike. Quick to tease, quick to offer help, and maybe not quite as quick to do the always present loads of laundry (!),
